The delivery person was awesome
The delivery person was awesome, suggesting storing the wood in the garage, which I wasn't aware of as an option. Some labeling was off, however, the contact from SolidBuild was very responsive and walked me through checking the kit. The shed is beautiful. It hasn't even been painted yet and I am getting compliments from all of my neighbors.

i enjoyed the product and the customer support , they are always willing to help. it is not that easy to put it up. if took 2 contractors 4 days to finish and 3 days painting. i have not i installed a roof yet. hire a electrician to put wire to the 4 corners and we put the light fixture outside it is not a shed , it is a nice room , so many of my friend went to move in. lol

Thanks for your feedback, Julia! We're glad you enjoy the shed and our support. Tongue & Grove assembly can be challenging for contractors used to post & beam construction, but your new space sounds amazing!

Excellent service!!!!
Igna and the entire team at SolidBuildWood was 10+ and fantastic to work with before AND during the entire purchasing and construction phases. Highly recommend them over all others. Prior to purchasing our building, we did extensive research and countless calls and emails with Igna. Each time they were able to patently address our concerns and give much needed guidance. The printed instructions are extremely clear and very detailed. The packaging and milled products are of the highest quality. Highly recommend!!
