While some degree of warping can occur with natural wood, especially if not assembled promptly after delivery, the extent you described is unusual, as we haven’t heard reports of 85% of boards being warped. We aim to provide clear guidance on how to protect the wood before and during assembly, and we are continually refining our materials and resources to ensure they meet our customers' needs. While we're disappointed to hear about the issues you encountered, we're glad to know that you're happy with the delivery and that our support team provided excellent service. We're constantly working to improve our shed kits and often release updates to enhance their quality and ease of assembly. This means that sometimes, the printed manuals may lag slightly behind the most current version of the kit. However, our customer support team is always ready and able to provide the most up-to-date information and assistance in real-time. We'll continue to strive for product perfection in all aspects.

Thank you for your kind feedback - we're delighted to hear you like your shed! We are always ready to answer any questions on shed construction or otherwise. We do our best to display the dimensions and which way parts go through the diagrams and text explanations in the manual and will look into how we can clarify window and floor joist positioning. We do assume our customers have a general crafty vibe, however, building or carpentry skills are not needed.

Thank you for your honest feedback, Ellen! So glad you are happy overall with your shed. Yes, our sheds are indeed manufactured in Europe. They come from the mill across the Atlantic to our local warehouse in the US, where they get inspected and then wait to be purchased by their new owners. This year, however, our manufacturing has been backed up due to operational capacity and short wood supply; thus, the time at the warehouse has been uber brief. So it may have felt like it came to you directly from Europe - though we hope it's a good thing! From our experience, the sheds come together fastest with 2 or 3 builders. The more builders there are, the more different experiences and insights collide! We sincerely hope you had a pleasantly eventful Mother's Day weekend with this assembly process and that the cuteness of the shed offers redemption for any inconvenience of the construction.
