Support is extremely slow
Everything about this plugin seems to be exactly what i was looking for. If only I was able to have support respond and assist with an issue to make the plugin functional. I'm sure the experience will be 5 stars once working, but paying for the Pro plan to get "Priority Support" has been quite the let down. Support is done via web page and you're told you'll receive a response within a few hours. Going on a few weeks and even emailed them directly. Still no response. Let's see if the issue gets solved and I will update the ratings accordingly.
