Solid AffiliateReviews of solidaffiliate.com

I build websites, and a client of mine had this one with their Woocommerce store. It was great, loved how easy it was to use, and especially having coupon codes to track sales. Worked really well, so when I made my own ecommerce store, this was the affiliate plugin I knew I needed. I ran into an account issue and they responded in less than 2 hours and quickly resolved the problem. For me I'd say good plugin and good support.

Everything about this plugin seems to be exactly what i was looking for. If only I was able to have support respond and assist with an issue to make the plugin functional. I'm sure the experience will be 5 stars once working, but paying for the Pro plan to get "Priority Support" has been quite the let down. Support is done via web page and you're told you'll receive a response within a few hours. Going on a few weeks and even emailed them directly. Still no response. Let's see if the issue gets solved and I will update the ratings accordingly.

Very easy to setup, easy and straightforward to use. Modern interface and most of the tools you want in an affiliate program. Solid. Update November 2025: reduced rating to 4 stars. Last plugin update was in January and there seems to be no progress at all. Use at your own risk. I just hope they are still active but months without any development of any of their plugins is a flag that's being dyed reddish. Update: February 2026: reduced rating to 3 stars. Not only are there no new updates (last meaningful update in December of 2024, minor bugfixes in January 2025) I also couldn't set up an affiliate program like I wanted to. SolidAffiliate does not have the options to offer an affiliate tier that we need. It would have been a good solution, but we had to switch to a competitor because they offered a more granular way for affiliates to earn commissions which isn't possible with SolidAffiliate. That's very sad because the competitor solution does not look and feel as polished. Solid also offers some more features but not the ones we needed at the end of the day.

Great plugin. Highly recommended. Support are fantastic too.

Very good and helpful support that took time to look into our issue (which was caused by an error at our end), and helped us figure it out quickly.

Solid Affiliate is very easy to set up out of the box. All options are self-explanatory and the portal for affiliates offers custom links as well as the possibility to upload product images and descriptions, for the affiliates to use. There are tons of other options and settings to choose from, so I am sure everybody will be super happy with this plugin. Their customer service is absolutely outstanding - I have honestly not seen anything like it before. They immediately assist you with any queries you might have and offer the very best support. I am utterly happy with my purchase. Thank you!!

Great product and Great customer service!

Great Plugin & Easy Set Up! I researched multiple Plugins for Woocommerce and ended up with that one. It has so much functions & i didn‘t recognized any bugs while using it. I would recommend it, if you‘r searching for a Affiliate Plugin & also an awesome support team!
