Overall I had a better experience than what most have described recently. ~2 month turnaround for 50 tapes. Everything looks/sounds great, and the 2 necessary reviews were done in a very reasonable amount of time. My only bit of feedback would be that SM could stand to improve their communication, especially when there are known delays due to COVID. I had to email them a few times to get an update on ship time when the original shipping date was delayed by 2+ weeks. After having to contact them they responded promptly/honestly, and the tapes arrived literally one day before my deadline. Not sure I’d use them again, but pretty decent experience when they were essentially the only option!

I expressed some concern about the quality of the print when I received the proofs and was reassured it would turn out fine. The print was slightly distorted in color proving my concern to be true. Despite this error, I was pleased with the overall product and customer service experience. I would recommend to others.

They are fast as hell

Solid Merch did such a great job on our CDs. Excellent quality, exceptionally fast turnaround. We'll definitely be using them for future orders and cassettes!

Was nervous to spend my vinyl preorder money because the price seemed too good to be true. But, after searching through many vendors, decided to use solid merch over other choices and let me tell you, you will not be disappointed. The vinyl prints sound excellent, all the covers and inner sleeves and everything are fantastic quality. Couldn’t be happier about. If you’re looking for a good price without sacrificing quality, this is the place. And everything showed up triple boxed, and secure with no damage in shipping. I will be using Solid-Merch again.
