Ordered an express package of 200 vinyl 12”. Quoted 7-9 weeks. At the end of week 9, I was emailed asking a pre-production issue which could’ve been resolved prior to approving my proof. Ended up missing the tour I was supposed to sell these on even though I ordered way ahead of schedule. Solid-Merch offered nothing but an “oops sorry” and no other recourse.

I had a a great experience with Solid Merch. I was in a pinch and needed vinyl relatively quickly. Most places, even local, were unable to meet the desired turn around time. I called Solid Merch and there immediately a representative available to chat and answer questions. This was the case each time I called. The pricing was very reasonable, and the final product was not only delivered by the projected date but came two weeks ahead of schedule!
