Solid-MerchReviews of solid-merch.com

Good quality, good price and quick turnaround.

Nick in Customer Service was always calm, cool, and timely. Questions were very promptly answered.

Above and beyond ! Nick and the Solid-Merch team is absolutely incredible. Definitely coming back with more business.

The online ordering process is so simple and easy to complete! Progress updates of my projects were readily available throughout the entire process, just a click away. Pricing was very competitive with other services currently available. The turn time of the 200 LP special could not be beat! Actual completion time of my projects were a day of two earlier than estimated at the onset of the projects when they were submitted. The quality of vinyl and all packaging components are top notch! International shipping service was fast and handled the records with the appropriate level of care the get them delivered in perfect condition.

Solid Merch is always so quick, cost-effective, and communicative. We'll use them to press vinyl as long as we possibly can!

Fantastic experience all around for vinyl production, fast and friendly service A+++

Excellent communication, quick service and outstanding product.

Order nicely fulfilled and received a day early but the communication was nil otherwise 5 stars. A follow up to see if new customers/clients would like to reorder and waive the cost of setup fees for additional orders would be nice but there isn't any follow up other than this review request.
