Stop shopping with sole serious after I had to wait 5 months for Jordan 9 Chilli’s red. Paid to much $$ for this pre order. If your customers is spending more $$ to pre order sneakers, make sure you have enough supply for your demand

Terrible communication. Box was damaged and overpriced sneakers
Response from SOLE SERIOUSSMar 29, 2023
Hey Isaiah, We're sorry for any lack of communication and to hear that you're box was damaged in transit. Unfortunately items are priced by our sellers, not us directly and prices tend to vary based on the items current market prices. We do though however always offer promotions and discounts. As well as also offer a SERIOUSS REWARDS program to incentivize our customers. Please subscribe to our newsletter/SMS list for the latest deals. If there is anything else we can look into, please contact us at https://soleseriouss.com/pages/contact-us Best regards, SOLE SERIOUSS

Still haven't received my order from 3/4/23. this has been a terrible experience
Response from SOLE SERIOUSSMar 29, 2023
Hey Todd, We're sorry to hear that you're unsatisfied with your recent order and truly apologize for any delays or inconveniences experienced with UPS. I can see that your order #93170 was placed on Saturday 3/4/23 & shipped the following business day Monday 3/6/23 as we don’t currently ship on weekends. The last update via your package tracking info was on Tuesday 3/7/23. As this order should have been delivered already, I have went ahead and opened a UPS investigation on this package. Please allow 2-7 business days for a resolution from UPS, once I have received an update I will follow up with you via the email address we have on file for you. Once again we truly apologize on the behalf of UPS for the delay and inconvenience. We look forward to providing you with the best possible service in the future. If there is anything else we can look into, please contact us at https://soleseriouss.com/pages/contact-us Best regards, SOLE SERIOUSS
