Didnt know the authentication center was a different address. Was receiving 2 different trackings and didn’t know why. Started a claim thinking my package was delivered to the wrong address. Package ended up coming the next day….all good now

Hey Sheila, Thank you for shopping with us! We’re glad to see you’re satisfied with our service and products. As you ordered through our eBay store and not direct APP/Website your order will be first shipped to ebay's authentication team for second confirmation of authenticity. Then they re-shipped to you once verified. We truly appreciate your purchase and support! We look forward to providing you with the best possible service again in the future. Best regards, SOLE SERIOUSS

My card was used fraudulently at this store. I discovered the charge 5 hours after it was used (charged at 10pm, discovered at 7am) and immediately reached out to customer service via email AND chatbot. I was told that the package was intercepted and the purchase was cancelled. Not only was it NOT intercepted, I was charged for said purchase. Thankfully, we had already alerted the credit card company and THEY were able to refund us. So, they were either working with the person that stole our credit card info, they just blatantly lied to me or are just so incompetent that they don’t know how to cancel an order. Take your chances if you’re willing to risk any of those options, I guess.

Hey S.S., We're sorry to hear that you're unsatisfied with your recent order and truly apologize for any inconveniences experienced. I can see that your order was confirmed on 9/4/23 at 10:39 PM & shipped out the following business day 9/5/23 at 3:35 PM, You did not contact us about any issues until after the order was already shipped out and in transit to you. You messaged us on 9/5/23 at 7:53 PM, which at this point the shipment was already in UPS possession. Upon your message we immediately contacted UPS to intercept this package and issued you a full refund, which we advised you to please allow 1-4 business days for your refund to reflect. You we're NOT charged, your payment has already been successfully refunded & the item has been returned back to us by UPS. If you need any further assistance please reach out to your financial institution. We look forward to providing you with the best possible service in the future. If there is anything else we can look into, please contact us at https://soleseriouss.com/pages/contact-us Best regards, SOLE SERIOUSS

The shows are very nice and they fit great! The packaging/shoe box was a little questionable (damaged package, tape with a name on the side). But the shoes look and feel great!
