I made my order the day the shoes dropped 1/26/2024 , paid for 2-5 days shipping, and it took a week to get an tracking number and as it looks it hasn’t been shipped or left the sole serious store and today is 02/10/2024????? That’s 10 business days! And I’m very disappointed and this and probably won’t be ordering again from u guys at this point , either refund me or send me my shoes please ! Finish line got the same shoes $70 cheaper but you guys I thought was more convenient, I’m starting to feel scammed! And that’s not cool😡

Hey Jeffrey, We're sorry to hear that you're unsatisfied with your recent order #102497 and truly apologize for any inconveniences experienced with the carrier. We have already alerted our USPS rep of this and they have assured it should just be a delayed scanning issue that your order is already moving through the system as it was picked up by them already. Please allow 1-3 additional days for delivery. I will refund your shipping cost of $12.95 due to the delay on the carriers behalf. Please allow 1-4 business days for your partial refund of $12.95 to reflect. We look forward to providing you with the best possible service in the future. If there is anything else we can look into, please contact us at https://soleseriouss.com/pages/contact-us Best regards, SOLE SERIOUSS

On 1/17/2024 I order my son a pair of shoes for his birthday as well as paid for expedited (2-5day) shipping just for my package to never arrive. After I paid for my order in full I was supposed to receive a tracking number in regards to my order once they have been authenticated and verified. Well I never received said shipping information nor have I received my package yet and I’m constantly getting the run around with whoever is supposed to be handling this problem for me.
