Customer service is very helpful and understanding!!

Great customer service, great products of course.

Do not order from them they are a scam. Purchased my order in April 3 never received any information apart from you have received your order. A few weeks later no shipping update until I enquired about my order then they send a shipping update but my order hasn’t left. It was the same story for 2 months. They will communicate with you until you cancel order and ask for a refund. I still haven’t received my money back. Do not order from them!

Communication was great, I was able to exchange my shirt size which I just received !

I didn't receive the items I ordered. When I contacted them, they informed me that two of the items I had ordered were out of stock, so then they just gave me som other stuff. They offered me a 20% discount on my order or suggested sending one of the items I was supposed to have received. This meant I would still have had to pay—in full or in part—for items I never ordered and would never use. Stay far away from this company. Update: They are now offering to send me the items I originally ordered and let me keep the items they sent instead.

Some of the best customer service I've encountered. Ordered two pairs of socks and some running half tights and they easily sorted out a size exchange for the half tights. Also, LOVED the running socks so much that I bought three more pairs. Like butter on your feet! Will definitely be ordering from RAWS again.

I'd been waiting for this for a long time! (Designated as crazy) 🤜🏼🔥🤛🏼

I already ordered the glasses and the fit was perfect so I had to buy some again. Very good quality and the price is really fair for it. Also such a fast shipping. I would totally recommend. 10/10
