Clear scam. Claiming interest on your payment. Take the order and the money, promise quick delivery. Then do nothing but bank the interest. When customer complains, cite "warehouse issues" or "made by hand takes time". More time passes, more interest. Only under threat of an update is the order cancelled and refund issued. Email exchange after 4 weeks and multiple promises of "shipping in next couple of days" ME: Two weeks later. All they do is keep you waiting with excuses: “We’re low on stock,” “The factory is having issues,” and then they offered me a 50% discount on a new order instead of delivering what I already paid for. When I asked for a refund, they came up with another story, claiming they were having problems with PayPal. Just excuse after excuse. In my opinion, this company is not trustworthy. Do not order from them. Save yourself the frustration, wasted time, and lost money.

Bought several items in may, they forgot to tell me they had warehouse issues (this happens, but damn, not that difficult to send an email and tell the customer). Then they sent only one item, supposedly not to make me wait for too long. But since then, no news from the other missing items. We are three months later, I claimed for a refund but nobody answers anymore. Worst customer services ever. Don’t buy from them.
