Super excited to start my journey with solawave. After many back and forths with myself over the cost of red light therapy I finally took the leap. Mary was so helpful with my ordering and finding what was best for me. And not to mention she helped me get to know my device and how to use it !! Super happy and can’t wait to see my own results . Thank you Mary for all the help

Excellent experience all around with Solawave. From pre-purchase questions, to insight into my experience midway, then assisting with my return, someone was always there. It is an excellent product, but simply just didn't work out well for my skin.

Solawave site is very easy to navigate. It has all the product info one needs to make an informed purchase. The skin quiz to help determine one’s needs is most helpful. Shipping is fast with easy tracking. Customer service is responsive, pleasant, and helpful. They truly stand behind their products. I initially used their red light mask to control my rosacea and eczema flares. But after a few weeks noticed my fine lines and wrinkles had diminished. My skin felt more firm and skin tone more even. So I ordered the neck/chest piece and now use both devices as part of my personal self-care routine. I am a true Solawave fan!

I had an issue with the battery pack. The customer service was phenomenal! They answered my email lightning fast and shipped out a replacement with no muss, no fuss. Really, this kind of service and backing of their products makes me even more confident in this company.

Sadly my new Solawave head broke on the third use. I previously registered the wand & contacted customer service. Customer service was efficient and prompt with a replacement. I am highly impressed with this brand especially, sending a new wand. This company cares about their customers as exampled in my case. Highly recommend! The prices may be high but the quality of service I received makes me want to spend money towards Solawave

I had bought back in November the Eye Pro Recovery Mask buy one. Get one free. I had only used it twice as it was bothering my eyes. I called them And left a message. When they return my call they told me to go ahead and send them back and I got a full refund! I don't know of any company that would let me return it after having it for so long and give me a full refund.
