SoGoSurvey is a great tool for conducting the research, also if you are a student. I found the platform online and it was ranked really high on the overall criterias, in comparison, to, for instance, GoogleForms or SurveyMonkey. I am a currently writing my thesis and the SoGoSurvey platform offers an extensive range of differet analytical tools which is perfect for me. Moreover, what got me most was the excellent support team which answered my questions and solved the issues I had within half an hour. I really fellt supported so I am truly grateful for that! Not many platforms offer such quick and efficient customer service. Many thanks for that!

As a principal, SoGo Survey has been an extremely useful tool for me that I have utilized to gather detailed information from students, parents/guardians and staff. The information that we have been able to gather has given "voice" to MANY stakeholders within our school community and has been used as a data point within our school improvement work. I also have used SoGo Survey to give my staff a way to provide an anonymous evaluation of me. The data I have gathered from this has allowed me to make personal improvements to better meet the demands of this position. I also want to say that the customer support I have received has been AMAZING, definitely an A+, 5 STARS!!!

SogoSurvey is a great tool that helped me a lot to do my postgraduate university research. The website is really easy to navigate starting from the registration process, where everything is explained step by step. You also receive a welcome email with an offer to schedule a conversation with a real person to explain the features of the portal. I think that really proves the level of customer support that the company offers. The design of the survey is again really straight forward, you can customise all of the aspects of your survey and apply different backgrounds, logos and colours. The interface is very user friendly and easy to get your head around. There is plenty of tools that help you with sharing the survey and live tracking of how many people applied. The portal also offers in depth statistics of your surveys which you can take advantage of, this aspect is also customisable so it is really easy to remove any info you don’t need. You can also export your reports to other programs such as excel... this really helped me with the data analysis for my research! Overall I am really happy with the portal and their offer.

As a graduate student, I spend a lot of time in front of my computer. I want the tools I use for my research to be clear, simple to use, and convert across different platforms. I don’t want to spend extra time on remaking all my charts! Bonus points if they convert to a beautiful report that I can show my clients or my supervisor! Having tried out a number of the free survey options available, and feeling disappointed with the output, I looked up new options and saw a review for SoGoSurvey. The website was well-designed and very user-friendly, and I appreciated the short training videos that were available to explain each step. I was impressed by the features that they offered, even in free accounts! For me, the most important features were the ease with which I could export data, having multiple question types, and ample opportunity for customization. SoGoSurvey delivered on all accounts. Even for a free account, the support staff is very clear and responsive to your needs. From what I can tell, the price of each of the different packages is very competitive when compared to other platforms (as a helpful hint, students can also receive a discount when using SoGoSurvey!) I am excited to use such a professional tool in my work, and look forward to sharing my results with my clients!

Great tool with lots of options. Students can upgrade for free for a year..

I am currently using this tool to create a 40 item online survey. It is well built and user friendly. The most amazing thing though is that it has a lot of options for free and a special subscription plan for students with no costs. I am currently doing a research project in the Human Resources field. Shalom H Schwartz Theory of Basic Values will be the basis of the analysis. The Portrait Values Questionnaire (PVQ) will be used in order to assess the predisposition of the Romanian employees to the ten value set proposed by the theory. In order to successfully achieve this project a powerful online tool is required to survey the Romanian employees. SoGoSurvey is this tool for me. I already built the 40 item survey in my free account. The interface is relatively easy to use, although not that intuitive. The data gathered is quite extensive with lots of additional information beyond the survey, like IP, browser, email, operating system, duration and even screen resolution. It also has a built in translation tool and spell check. Too bad it doesn’t have Romanian, although there are lots of different relatively uncommon languages (Bosnian, Burmese, Cape Verdean, Haitian Creole, Hmong etc.). Anyway, I definitely recommend this tool both for business development and academic research!
