The interface is great but accessing the students and other plans is kind of convoluted. Some links and better UI would be sick

I’ve used surveymonkey for most of my surveys in the past, but I heard through researchgate that a lot of people were recommending SoGoSurvey. The sign-up process was easy, but it did take a while to get used to using the platform. I had to contact tech support a few times on the first few drafts, but most of my problems were easy to fix. One strange issue I ran into was that I accidentally checked a box on a pop-up window, thinking it would just make the pop-up stop appearing (totally my fault, I had not read what it said before I clicked) but instead it made it impossible for me to delete items. It had me pretty frustrated until I reached out for help. I contacted support and got an answer in less than a day. The community forums don't have much information yet, but this hasn't been a problem since customer service has been so quick. I also liked that I could easily save my draft items other than in the draft tests themselves. It made it easier for me to play with the design without having to re-write my test items over and over again. One feature I am still struggling with has to do with customizing the font sizes and placement of questions to my liking. Many of my items have LONG intros (not ideal, I know). While they are readable, the text doesn’t flow as much as I’d like. I've been toying around with using different question formats to try to get something that looks right. For now, it’s good enough to move through the next steps of my project.
