SogolyticsReviews of sogolytics.com

It help us to continue to capture meaningful feedback from participants with pre and post surveys and measure outcomes across our diverse programs

I love that they have free licenses for students, it is intuitive, and has a lot of different preset question types that you can use without extra customization. So far, has been a solid experience.

SoGoSurvey Review SoGoSurvey is a solid option for anyone needing to create and manage surveys. One of its standout features is the impressive range of templates available, which makes getting started quick and easy, regardless of your survey's purpose. For those who, like me, actively chase customer responses, SoGoSurvey offers decent tools to help you encourage participation and follow up effectively. Additionally, the platform provides good reporting and analytics features, allowing you to make sense of your data without too much hassle. While it might not have all the bells and whistles of some top-tier competitors, SoGoSurvey certainly gets the job done reliably.

SoGoSurvey, which now goes under the name Sogolytics, is simple to get going with tasteful templates. You can drag/drop survey elements, then customise them if you so wish. One feature I particularly appreciate is the inclusion of Previews of surveys and Testing of survey distribution functions. This way, you can make sure that everything is just as you want it before sending to a wider audience. I typically send surveys to a known list of users and appreciate the survey tracking function, where I can see if respondents have opened their mail/clicked on the survey link, etc. and thereby offer them the support they need. As a non-profit, we use the Plus license, which is sufficient for most cases, but I frequently wish I had the Pro or Premium versions, which I'm sure make the surveys all the more customizable and powerful.

Sogolytics looks great so far, I intend to use it for my master's degree survey, and I'm looking forward to using it more!

We looked at few survey services before we decided upon Sogosurvey. It was the right choice. The survey’s are easy to create. The template catalogue comprehensive but the cherry 🍒 on the cake 🍰 is the speed and courtesy in which our queries have been resolved. Thank you SoGo Team

The platform fits our needs perfectly with combined features for designing surveys, collecting data and exportable reports for statistical analysis. It is super user friendly and has the ability to build layers to add complexity to our surveys. Sogolytics has helped us save time and produce very clear and attractive reporting.
