Amazing product. Its is easy to use, relatively inexpensive and packed with features. Has literally helped so much with my studies. Highly recommended!

I am trying Sogo Survey for the first time and have not been able to send out the survey yet. Hopefully I will be able to do that and provide more feedback then.

Sogo Survey is user friendly and has lots of great tools that make it work for all our survey needs.

After using many survey platforms, I finally ended up on SoGoSurvey. I want to say that it is one of the best considering all available features (even with a free version). Idk if it's my Mac or the web; it could run a bit faster.

SogoSurvey is my go-to platform for building surveys for my research. I have used other platforms in the past but SoGoSurvey is the easiest to use and the most affordable for the functionality. In the 4 years that I have been using it, I have never lost any data. The server is always steady and my survey links never break down. My participants have always found the layout intuitive and attractive, and my queries for support have always been responded to within a few hours. Staff are friendly and very knowledgable, at no extra cost. I like that it is affordable and the range of formatting options for questions is extensive. I'm hoping to learn how to perform simple scoring from word categories to numerals to speed up data analysis.

We have been extremely satisfied using SoGoSurvey for all of our survey, polling, and registration needs. As a non-profit we require a system that is flexible, easy to use, and effective. SoGoSurvey checks all of those boxes for us. Since we started using SoGo a couple of years ago we have created hundreds of surveys and polls. The surveys can be used in more ways than one and being able to download the data directly to an excel spread sheet, makes data entry a breeze. Additionally the ability to poll our clients and seek feedback helps us increase our impact and deliver on our Mission. SoGo also has a quick and responsive technical support team as well. You can either email their support team or connect with a live tech over the phone. Knowing that a fast and helpful support team is available should we ever need it is invaluable. Again we have had nothing but positive experiences with SoGoSurvey and will continue to use it exclusively going forward. Our team can’t recommend them enough, whether you are a for-profit small business owner, large corporation or a non-profit like us, SoGoSurvey is a no brainer that always delivers as promised.

extremely fast respons from customer service. Very easy to use Survey-website with tons of features. Everything you need for your market research needs.

It is an extremely easy to use survey making platform and also very versatile. It has definitely been one of the most convenient surveys making platforms compared to what I’ve tried in the past. I have been enjoying the free trial and am considering possibly getting an upgrade.
