I received the product key and download…
I received the product key and download instructions within a few minutes after a purchase went through. The installation and license key activation was smooth and quick. The license is legitimate and recognized by Microsoft, the price is very reasonable. All of the applications work as intended without any problems.

Your posting stated that you accepted…
The sales representative was very helpful with leading me to the correct product.
Response from SoftwarePinApr 22, 2023
Hi John, We appreciate you taking the time to share your experience with us, but your claim is inaccurate and misleading. Our product descriptions and policies are accurate and transparent. You can find our refund policy here: www.softwarepin.com/returns You purchased the wrong version of Office and we could not refund it since we can't issue your Product Key to anyone else. We offered to upgrade you to your preferred version if you paid the price difference which we promptly did. You should this was a courtesy and came at a loss to us. Thanks, The SoftwarePin Team
