Dishonest, poor support
Here is my brief email exchange. It speaks for itself. If I could leave 0 stars, I would. Crooks. Wed, Mar 15, 12:20 PM (4 days ago) to support I purchased a license for MS Office 2016 from you a couple of years ago. Recently, I needed to repair my MS Office installation, and it disappeared from my computer! I still have the card from you, so I logged onto your site with unique code and received a product key again. I tried to use that to download and reinstall. MS office and MS says the key is not recognized. Unique Code: 498-229 Product key I received from you: NVVCR-69DGR-83JDJ-P8WRF-Q9M3P Please help me to access/reinstall my rightfully purchased product. You can't reuse the same product key to reactivate the software or transfer it to another computer. See the products bewlo, you have purchased the first one. You purchase a version of Office that's valid for the Life of your PC, but cannot be transferred to a new PC. This information is clearly stated on the Product Page and the option to purchase a version of Office that can be moved to a new PC is also available on the page. We apologize for the inconvenience.
