Instructions very confusing and had an extremely, unbelievably experience in uploading the software!!! Unbelievable of an experience!!!! At one point, the wrong software, “365”, was installed and I had to uninstall. And it took a few more attempts before finally getting the software loaded!!! I DO NOT BELIEVE THAT I HAVE EVER HAD AN EXPERIENCE THAT HORRIBLE AND THAT FRUSTRATING!!!! I definitely will never go through that again!
