if you had offered negative numbers I would have chosen from that. I ordered two copies of Microsoft Windows and one did not properly download. I called many times left three voice mails asking for a return call. Did that happen? NOOOO. You have very poor customer service which equates to poor business morals. Again negative numbers.

First, they didn't send the code required to download. After a week, they sent it. The download had a virus that cost me $100 to have fixed. The Tech advised against EVER buying from SOFTWAREHUBS!

I was able to install the software without any issues, great instructions on removing previous versions on computer, downloading new program, and installation. Will buy a second copy for another computer in household.
