I Purchased Office professional 2021, process was easy and received key via email. When trying to register key was not recognised by Microsoft so raised this to the support team. They provided me instructions which still didn’t work and then I have been chasing them weekly and they have stopped responding to my emails. I also have Requested refund but not getting any response from them
