Everything worked as planned.

The instructions, links and product#s worked well. I did need to remove all remaining elements of old Windows Office versions and then the down loads worked perfectly.

I purchased the MS professional 2021 plus. The software download link was not included. I did however find it, downloaded the soft. Put in the code and rang the ms number to be told the code was not valid. I've emailed the company, but have had no response. My advise, purchase elsewhere as its a con. The codes are not valid and the Company do not respond.

Cannot download product. Says will take 21 hours.
