I purchased Microsoft Professional Plus 2021. When the order complete email arrived with a download link, it didn't work. It happens. I sent an email to customer support explaining the problem and waited a few days. Nothing. I resent the email. Still nothing. I then got a request for a review of SOFTWAREHUBS. I gave them the review they deserved. However, there was a button to push if you had yet to receive you purchase. I pushed it knowing full well that no one was going reply to it. At this point, I'm requesting a refund (like that's going to happen.) My only regret is that I didn't use AMEX to make the purchase. They would have sorted them out!

Bought Adobe license. The link didnt work. I've emailed and called the company 5 times without a response. THEY ARE A RIP OFF.. !!! DO NOT USE THEM!!

Activation code would not work. Microsoft it's not recognize it as a valid product. Tried to call the company on two separate phone numbers. Both phone numbers were disconnected. Emailed the company and received no response. Software was purchased 5-10-2026 on 7-6-2026 was left with no choice, but to make a claim through my bank for a refund.

I ordered Microsoft 365 for windows. They charged me, but the software would never load. They will not return my complaint texts (of many sent) or refund my money. I even gave them my phone number to call me. No calls. So, I’m out my money and my software!

I had purchased Office 2024 software download with the Activation Product Key to have been included. They received my payment, I received the Office 2024 software download link, but NO Activation Product Key. I have contacted via various voice mail messages, emails and the Better Business Bureau but to no available or response from Softwarehubs. It's a shameful scam

SCAM! Paid for software, was billed and invoiced, NO email showed up with what I purchased. Already started a fraudulent claim with CC company.

I DID NOT RECEIVE THE DOWNLOAD AND THE LINK IN THE EMAIL INVOICE RECEIPT COMES UP WITH AN ERROR!!!

As others I was duped. The web site appears legit but is truly bogus. No response from any source on their website. The 4-star reviews are probably posted by the scammers. It looked so legit I felt no need to read any reviews. My mistake.
