Software Advice is an advertising platform, not an unbiased reviews site. They are not transparent about this on their site. I think it is important for people to understand, and approach with their own caution. All of the companies you can contact through their site are paying to be there. In fact, if you try to contact a vendor who is not paying, they will direct you to someone who is. Sometimes their categories for B2B software also show a clear lack of understanding of the market (software that doesn't fit into a niche will still advertise just to gain more reach). They are commodifying off of a poor quality service because they monopolize this space.

In addition, anyone who is a valid user of a solution can provide a review of that product on our platform. All user reviews are verified sources through our rigorous QA process, and all of the information gathered either from browsing or through a short phone consultation is free. Users discussing solutions with an Advisor are free to ask about any provider and will at a minimum be given contact information to that provider on request. In addition, we endeavor to be transparent about how we work and what we provide. Spoke with Alan, he was wonderful at understanding our needs and narrowing down the best options for us. From he we found the Crm representatives great and ultimately when with Alan's top CRM suggestion. This is a big decision to make and it can be challenging navigating around the CRMs not eh market and effective comparing them to what suits your business and will work - it is not something you want to do twice - so I definitely recommend Software Advice now!
