A helpful service!
Crystal was very helpful in helping me find the right fit for a VOIP phone service. She went through all I was looking for and made four suggestions. It saved me a lot of time researching the various options available.

Your service was a great time-saver
Your service was a great time-saver. I chose Bloomerang's least expensive program, plus a 3 month service contract to be able to talk with them if I run into problems.

Fantastic customer service from Melissa O'Quinn! She was informative, efficient and most of all I did not get the pushy salesman vibe that is so common. I will continue to use Software Advice in the future when exploring our software needs. Thanks!

Software Advice is absolutely amazing
Software Advice is absolutely amazing They instantly follow up with you within a days notice to fulfill your needs regarding the software you need to make your business easier to manage. For example: I had a lot of questions regarding how a certain software would help me with managing my bin rental deliveries and bin inventory, they got me in contact with WorkWave which now I'm doing business with. Such an easy experience for people who truly want to succeed. Take advantage of leveraging other companies knowledge. Count this review as 10 stars because it makes my business more efficient not only saving me time but also my future customers so 5 stars for my business and 5 stars for my customers.

Always Pushing Salesforce
Initially I thought this was a great service, but since then I have discovered they push Salesforce onto almost everyone. They never told me about any other option and Salesforce turned out not to be right for me. I recommended Software Advice to colleagues and they all had similar experiences with Salesforce being the only program recommended. I guess they get more commission from SF than other companies.
