About half the leads are worthless. of the other half, most seem very lukewarm at best. But some of the leads are good.

The advice was helpful and I was able to find two solutions. 1) Sage Fixed Asset System. 2) Planful Planning/Budgeting software I did receive calls for an ERP system. I specifically said I am not looking for an ERP at this time. Software Advice was definitely beneficial. Thank you
