We also reviewed the scheduling concerns mentioned in your review. Our records do not show any cancelled or missed meetings on our side, and our team remained available throughout the project. While we cannot determine what may have caused the scheduling conflicts that appeared on your end, we understand how frustrating this experience must have been, particularly given your upcoming launch deadline. Hi Anna, Thank you for taking the time to share your feedback. I'd like to clarify that the 3 logo concepts included in the package refer to the initial concepts presented at the beginning of the project. From there, clients are welcome to continue refining their chosen direction through the revision process. Regarding turnaround times, while we always aim to meet delivery timelines, some revisions can take longer depending on their scope and complexity. I also appreciate your comments regarding communication. We work hard to support our clients throughout the process, and feedback like yours helps us identify areas where we can improve. Most importantly, we would never want a client to walk away feeling unhappy with the outcome. We always encourage clients to submit revision requests so we can continue refining and fine tuning the design until it feels right.
