SoftriverReviews of softriver.co

I was a little sceptical at first at how much was promised with in such a short window. But as a start up founder, they blew my expectations out of the water. The way they were able to understand my business, and transform it into a full functioning brand identity took so much stress off of my shoulders. It has given me so much clarity, and as allowed us to fully position our marketing professionally. I will definitely be looking to work with softriver again, whether thats for rebranding purposes or other projects. There is nobody better in the industry in terms of quality, price, execution, and timeline. Highly recommend, don't look anywhere else.

Easy and quick to work with and to provide feedback to. great turn around times and responsive. Would certainly use again.

Finally a logo I'm proud to show. That alone says a lot. The collaboration was incredibly smooth. I could share feedback freely, they actually listened, and the iterations were always on point. Working with them felt effortless. Great team, great result. Highly recommend.

Worked together with Softriver to deliver a Logo and brand guidelines for a customer of myself. They took the feedback from the customer and kept going until the customer was happy. Really happy with the end result and so is the customer.

Very professional experience. The turnaround time was impressively fast while still delivering high-quality work. They were extremely receptive to feedback and revisions, and Joy did an excellent job translating limited and abstract direction into a polished, thoughtful logo. Branding is such a foundational piece of any business, and it was clear they took that responsibility seriously. The final result felt bespoke rather than generic, which was important to us. To receive this level of customization, responsiveness, and quality in such a short timeframe, especially at this price point, was genuinely impressive. I’m very happy with the finished product.

It was great working with the team to get a great brand book which exceeded my initial expectations.

I had a genuinely good experience working with Softriver. From the start, communication was clear and straightforward, and I always knew what stage we were at. There were a few rounds of feedback (as expected with any creative project), but the team was patient and open to adjustments. I never felt rushed or ignored. In the end, the logo and branding feel like “me”, which was the most important part. It wasn’t about making something flashy, but something that actually fits my vision and business. Overall, I’m happy with the process and the result.

I needed a new logo for a networking group that I had recently formed, and the team at Softriver did an excellent job at creating a logo with the look and feel I was looking for. It was so much better than I could have done on my own, worth every cent.
