Attempted to activate my Waltr2 app and after paying the fee I did not get an activation key and got no instructions regarding how to get/use it. I left voice and email msgs and only got non-helpful email with either no help or useless material. I want my money back.

Well, the email that got me here confused me, as I purchased something called WALTR PRO, and have no idea what WALTR 2 might be... the previous email I could not read, it was a black box with my license code, but I figured it out. FastSpring... ick, so slow in fulfillment as well. BUT, I made this purchase for one reason only: it was the only thing I could find that could put content on an iPod Nano 7th generation device... and i tried ½ dozen apps before I found this one. So good job there! Now my 4 year old niece is not bugging mom for an iPhone, and I've recycled one more "ancient" device from the junk drawer.

Holy cow this new software is easy to use! Drag & Drop is the easiest way to move anything from A-B. WALTR Pro moves files effortlessly from my M1 Mac Mini to my iPhone 7. It happened so fast I had to double check my phone to make sure it worked. Great software! Thanks

After I purchased my one year's subscription, a pop-up cam up with an offering for another 25% off that I wasn't able to take, because I had already bought it for one year. I did enjoy using the app during the test period and trust it will continue to be of good service to me in the future. There are downloads from YouTube, which for some reason are unreadable by Adobe player, either offering me the audio only or is totally unreadable. I ran into that about 40% of the time. Please check on it to see if there are improvements that can be made. Thank you! Cordially ~ Bill Knudson

I initially used the trial version of Walter2. It’s such a fantastic and easy to use product that I opted to purchase Walter Pro! It’s so straightforward and user friendly. I just loaded probably 50 albums to my phone in such a short time. The program is also very fast at transferring data. A+ product! Thank you to the dev team, you guys did a fantastic job with this program! 👍👍
