Nothing but positive feedback. Great products, fantastic customer service, and support. The gift of being able to effortlessly convert YouTube rare songs from the 60's and 70's into my iTunes is fantastic. Couldn't be easier!

Anytime I deal with this group of geniuses (I mean that literally) I come away amazed at not only their products but their customer service. The attention to detail and the promptness when responding to questions is exceptional. Steady solid service is rare in today's world. My LIFETIME licensed YTC2 ceased to work. I was told there was a known problem and an update would follow shortly. After receiving no update I checked again and was advised there would be no update and I would have to buy their SUBSCRIPTION Universal Licence. They did give me a great first year cost, but after 12 months the cost goes up considerably. I will spend the 12 months looking for an alternative. Though their support staff were courteous, I am extremely disappointed at my lifetime license becoming worthless and being forced to a subscription.
Response from SoftorinoJun 2, 2023
Hi Robert! Thank you for sharing your feedback about your experience with our YTC2 software. I apologize for any inconvenience caused. YouTube's policy changes required us to rebuild the app from scratch, making the previous version incompatible. We understand your disappointment with the transition to a subscription-based Universal License. To compensate for the inconvenience, we are offering a great upgrade discount on our new major upgrade, which aligns with YouTube's current policies. It's worth noting that the Universal License not only includes SYC but also 14 other amazing apps. We believe that the value you receive with this license compared to the price is substantial.

The application don’t work as it say. It’s impossible to connect even when the phone is connected to the computer. I followed the instructions that service told I must to do. And I wasted time and money. For sure never again will I trust in this developer. I asked to refund and they don’t can do.

Hi Joan! We are sorry for the inconvenience. We provide a 30 day money back guarantee, and refund your order, of course. Could you please contact us with your order number?
