SoftorinoReviews of softorino.com

Their products are very friendly, even though behind the scenes, heavy lifting is happening. The customer service is very helpful in getting back to me when I have a question in a timely fashion with a solution. Thank you for your great products and the service.

I had been using SYC, and they came up to me with ne version and it is time for the old version for its EOL. I did not like the idea initially but turned out that this is a good idea to get new version. What I liked is that Softorino Marketing team is doing great. Not only they sell me the yearly subscription for just 1 dollar, but also it include all the other softrino products as well. What do I need more? BTW, the installation process and the license recognition, i.e. activation process is super easy.

This app is perfect, I have lots of music that I’ve had for years and iTunes won’t let you use it because they can’t prove you bought it. So this app makes it happen

Great apps at an OK price… I am not really fond of the new pricing scheme because I don't usually like the subscription model, but at this price for several apps it is OK. I have used Softorino apps since they started and I keep upgrading and paying them because they are really useful. And their support is great too. I only had a problem once with a license and they solved it right away. Keep up the good work and great apps.

This product is amazing and functions really well. The customer service is even better. I ran into an issue with a game and they responded very quickly, were very professional, helpful and kind.

I truly fall in love with this software because it actually do what it says.

Like many others i paid a lifetime Youtube Converter subscription and now I lost it as they dropped the support. They suggested I would buy all the kit for USD 300 or subscribe initially for USD1 and subsequently for USD35. They refer to their T&C of course. They wouldn't offer their customers a fair way of transition. Thanks but no thanks. I don't have trust in these people and I am not buying anything again. One who is buying there needs to be ready they do this again because they believe it is right thing to do (and their T&C allow this).

Enjoy the ease of using the product and it's functionality. When help is needed, it comes very timely and professionally. In layman terms. Communication is with and not down too.
