I purchased SYC 2 for a lifetime…now they want me to pay each year for same service
I purchased SYC 2 for a lifetime license. I was told all coming updates will be free. only to know, it has stopped working and now they are telling me to buy same product again but pay an annual subscription. If your old product was broken and you had to build a new product for your customers, you do not charge them extra. That is a whole point of a lifetime license. It is not yourtube or anything, it is your business model that you have changed. It is a scam and a fruad by Softrino. They should be ashamed of themselves for greed and lying.
