Excellent Product and Support Team
Softorino tools are extremely helpful for me as I create custom gifts for friends and create videos. I often use the YouTube converter for projects, and it works perfectly! The support team is responsive and helpful! I highly recommend Softorino to anyone, especially if they dabble in creative video or audio projects!

Drew, this is so good to read. I love that you’re using Softorino YouTube Converter Pro for creative projects. That’s exactly what it’s built for. Download, create, bring ideas to life. And thank you for the kind words about support. I’ll make sure the team sees this. Really appreciate the recommendation!

I am so impressed with the level of support I have received. It was courteous, prompt and knowledgeable. It does not hurt either that the product is outstanding and worthwhile. I will absolutely recommend it.

Great attention by customer service
I’ve been using Softorino for a few years now and although I don’t use all of their apps I can personally recommend their after sales customer service. Any advice or small query is immediately attended to. I would certainly encourage anyone to use the choices that Softorino offer for phones, pads & laptops. Excellent service.

40 reviews. That’s legendary, Loopy lu! 🙂 Staying with us for years and still taking the time to highlight support says everything. We don’t take that lightly. We’ll keep doing our best for you.

I was experiencing a software issue and contacted Support. They responded immediately and were aware of the issue and already working on it. Shortly thereafter they sent me an e-mail that the issue was resolved with a software update. The update did indeed fix the problem!
Response from SoftorinoFeb 13, 2026
Richard, I truly appreciate you writing this. Our team moves fast when something goes wrong, so I’m really glad the update solved it for you. Thanks for sticking with us.

Very poor product and service
Purchased for the ability to download videos on a MacBook Pro. I got an error message even after downloading and resetting a couple of times. Reached out for help, nothing after several Emails. Then asked for a refund and again nothing. Eventually after another email and threat that I would get this refunded through my credit card provider, it was cancelled and refunded today. Very poor service and very disapointed.
Response from SoftorinoFeb 13, 2026
Roger, I’m sorry to hear about your experience. We've requested your email so we can contact you as soon as possible to help improve the experience you've had. That’s not the standard we aim for. You can also write directly to [email protected] so we can properly review what happened and make sure everything is handled correctly. We’d really appreciate the chance to look into this for you.
