The customer support was very helpful, and personally took the time to check the measurements on the couch they were sending to confirm it would fit in a very narrow space.

The customer service was excellent. The representatives worked with me to insure a timely delivery and one that worked best for me. I received texts confirming delivery time window. The sofa was delivered on time and set up within a few minutes. Very pleased.

Love this sofa sleeper so far. Design of the sleeper looks like it will last much longer than typical matress folding sofa beds. Cussions/pads are firm and comfortable, and look durable. Sofa's design is neutral and can fit many settings/places. Wish this brand offer more sleek and modern looking sofa designs, but happy they are not dated looking. Easy to unfold/fold back. Sofa is quite heavy, so if you're not trying to lift/move it, this factor is not important. Looking forward to my overnight guest's feedback.
