The customer service was excellent. This was the only website that not only offered delivery but also knock-down service in case the item was too big to go round the tight corners of a condo. The delivery was perfect and we are enjoying the Nico sofabed. I wish the back cushions were a little more fir but otherwise the sofabed from Luonto is wonderful. As a senior citizen, I would have liked the option of having the legs a little higher so that sitting and standing would be easier. However, younger people would not have a problem.
