I can't figure out what is going on
I can't figure out what is going on. I'm losing people now. I was gaining about 100 per day.

I feel like every so often there will…
I feel like every so often there will be no activity on my account and I have to write in to follow up. I would like to see more consistent activity for what I am paying and also would like to receive monthly growth reports like I was advised would happen when I signed up. I just feel like everything pauses or drops off until I email in and then I wind up speaking with a new person.

If you wish to grow faster and more consistently then you have the option to upgrade your plan. Additionally, we do not work on weekends or holidays. Repetative Content/Time consuming
The start of my service with SS was a mess. There was a ton of miscommunication, too many zoom sessions to explain why things were a mess, but once I got an "advanced" associate to work with me things smoothed out. That said, the content put out was way too repetitive - always looked the same, nothing new with the design, and nothing interactive - just the same image with designs just moved around. It worked but it was disappointing. My distributor hired a SMM who in just 1 wk of work has shown what SS should be doing for their clients.

In all honesty
In all honesty, social Sensei helped me understand how the algorithm of instagram worked but at the time of my subscription, instagram had a updated the terms of service so social Sensei were unable to properly follow and unfollow people and that was the main attraction for me. So I was kind of disappointed. Other than that, the customer service team as well as the company do a great job at responding to the customers and giving valuable updates.

Not sure how to start the account to be…
Not sure how to start the account to be able to gain more followers. It’s a bit confusing.

Hey Alyssa, thanks for the feedback. You can click on "Pricing" then "Instagram Influencer Marketing" and from there you can select your target demographic and how many followers you want to gain. After you sign up your dedicated account manager will let you know exactly when your promotional campaign will run within 48 hours. We run promotional campaigns every week, so it should only take 4 to 7 business days at most to start seeing followers being driven to your account.
