1. You purchased a non-organic growth plan. 2. Followers were not from Vietnam or India. You can choose where your followers come from on the plan you selected. 3. Our team would never say that and did not say that. You are giving us a 1 star for delivering you the service that you signed up for. Additionally, right above the checkout on the plan that you selected it states. We also state this in the first onboarding email that goes out to you to ensure you do not purchase the wrong plan. Yes, you did sign up for $500, but we refunded you as we were not able to onboard your account at that time due to a staff shortage during the holiday season. We have no record of a Lana Barakat in our database, but after Trustpilot completed their Investigation we were able to find the client that claims to have had this experience via an invoice number they provided. We aren't sure why this particular client has left us a 1 star review as upon looking at our records their organic social media growth campaign performed at a 45% follow back ratio and they gained over 400 followers per month on the essential plan which is actually great performance and near the top end of what that plan can offer. And for anyone that is reading this review please know that at Social Sensei we do our best to satisfy all of our clients, so much so, that we guarantee that if we make a mistake that we will fix it for free. This is stated directly on our website, so the claim above simply doesn't make sense to us if a client would bring a mistake we made to our attention we would simply fix it for free and there would be no "waste of money" or "precious hours to clean up" because our team would've taken care of it already. And if this client still feels that way please feel free to bring it to our attention and we would be happy to rectify the situation without judgement. In fact most of our clients compliment us for our policy of taking ownership of our mistakes and making things right citing that as something that makes our company different than other social media companies out there. 1. You state "Yes, I was refunded." 2. You state "They're stealing your money!" How are we stealing your money if you were refunded? Any logical person can see there is something seriously wrong with this review. The truth is, you were not satisfied with the campaign so we refunded you. Then over a week later, you continued to blame us even after we had stopped all campaigns for you. Your claim isn't even possible. In order for what you to be saying is true that means that you were using other services and we aren't responsible for other services that you are using. We state on our website that you should not use other services at the same time as using Social Sensei for this very reason. What are the actual facts of this review that other clients can expect? The client was not happy with the results of the campaign, we did our best to mitigate the clients concern, and when it could not be mitigated even though it wasn't our fault we still honored our 30 day money back guarantee by refunding the client. We stand by our guarantee even if its not our fault. We are in the business of making our clients successful because when you win, we win, so we always do our best to win together. We never like to see our clients unhappy, but some people simply can't be satisfied no matter what you do. Any real business owner will understand that.
