1. You purchased a non-organic growth plan. 2. Followers were not from Vietnam or India. You can choose where your followers come from on the plan you selected. 3. Our team would never say that and did not say that. You are giving us a 1 star for delivering you the service that you signed up for. Additionally, right above the checkout on the plan that you selected it states. We also state this in the first onboarding email that goes out to you to ensure you do not purchase the wrong plan. Please make sure you are aware of what service you are signing up for before leaving us a 1 star review. We drive untargeted general Instagram followers to your account. While this is great for gaining credibility, boosting social proof, and increasing your following quickly it’s not great for building an authentic community of raving fans, engagement, or increasing leads and sales. Thanks for your feedback. Please note depending on your plan denotes how much time our team spends on growing your account. If you wish to grow faster and more consistently then you have the option to upgrade your plan. Additionally, we do not work on weekends or holidays. Hey Xavier, sorry about the experience you had. Yes, you did sign up for $500, but we refunded you as we were not able to onboard your account at that time due to a staff shortage during the holiday season.
