Yes, you will get TONS of followers. However, they are just kids using their spam accounts to win tech items. They are not people who will be aligned with your brand. YOU WILL GET LOTS OF FOLLOWERS, BUT YOUR ENGAGEMENT (LIKES PER POST) WILL PLUMMET. When your followers engage and use the app, Instagram takes notice and will share your account with other accounts, so your chances of gaining new followers increases. However, these are people's secondary accounts they use for winning stuff and they do not engage with this account. YOU WILL LOSE ENGAGEMENT AND THAT IS MORE IMPORTANT THAN FOLLOWERS. I thought they used micro-influencers for the giveaways. Influencers who would aline with who I am. For example, I am a beach life brand. I was hoping to reach a larger audience of people who would love my brand and what I have to offer as a small New England company. (ie: reach New Yorkers who love Cape Cod and a beach life lifestyle). I would recommend reaching out to local micro influences who aline with your brand and doing a giveaway. You will get more authentic followers who actually care and engage with you. **Edit** The reason why I gave a one star is because I thought I was getting authentic followers. They are not bots but they are definitely not authentic. I just don’t want other people to waste $350. If you have the money definitely go with the bigger $3000 plus plan. I did inquire about this, but they still have not responded to my emails. Disappointing that they can respond to this platform but they can’t simply respond directly to me.

Katie, We can't force people to engage with your brand unfortunately, so its important that you have quality content and know how to engage with your new found followers. We do our best to offer all of our clients helpful tips and tricks to do this, but engagement is not something we guarantee to our clients. When you use a general loop giveaway campaign as you have you get a mainstream audience that is location based, but untargeted. This is the cheapest way to gain followers, get more exposure, and build social proof online. It is not meant for boosting engagement and no where on our website do we state that. If you have a $3,000+ per month budget you can opt for targeted loop giveaways or creator marketing to work one on one with an influencer that is directly in your niche and matched perfectly with your branding to ensure you reach your campaign goals. We can certainly help you out with that in the future if you are looking for specific types of followers. Goals can be anything from making more sales, gaining more followers, increasing engagement, or driving people to take a certain action. With that said, we've got to be honest and say it doesn't feel good to receive a 1 star review for delivering our service as promised to you.
