This course with David opened my eyes to meditation and breathing. I wouldn't have gone that distance if it wasn't for David's coaching to Breathe. I am a breather now. Thank you David to you and your wonderful people. Oh and I am learning more each time I watch on how to improve my converstations. Which has been a real game changer at work. My days are much more pleasant. All thanks to this course. Again thank you David!

Explains beautifully how after logical connection, emotional connection is crucial to build great work relationships. Example we’re good but wish there were more of them. More hands on practical example to practice and try on consistently to practice social talks.

Simple, but good information throughout the program.

It reminded me to be socially savvy through the example of coming up with questions by watching movies and coming up with questions during conversations.

Very good course for someone like me who want to improve talking but don’t like talking much too.

The SocialSelf courses have been transformational for me. A year ago, I struggled with confidence and felt invisible in group settings. Today, I'm a completely different person. Thanks to the Awkward to Awesome program and others, I've learned how to confidently join conversations, connect with coworkers, and even initiate hangouts with friends - things I used to find terrifying. I now regularly chat with people at the gym, strike up conversations at work, and even organize social events. Just recently, a coworker told me our conversation was one of the most interesting she’s ever had - something I never thought I'd hear, especially after years of feeling like a boring person. What makes SocialSelf stand out is that it's not just theory - it’s practical, actionable, and encourages you to challenge yourself a little at a time. It helped me reframe social anxiety as a sign of growth, not a weakness. I put in the work, set goals, and practiced regularly - and now people assume I’m a natural extrovert. I can’t recommend this enough for anyone serious about improving their social skills.

I think the course has valuable information and advice that seem simple and obvious, but, for those struggling in those areas like myself, it helps bring those thoughts to the forefront so you can then put it into practice. I also like that they have taken questions/scenarios from previous attendees and explained how to navigate through the issue. I'm looking forward to the other courses that are offered!

I found the tips useful but sometimes overly general or basic things we know if we have common sense. I find it a bit pricey for the content's amount we get.
