Hello Ainsley, We love hearing this! Bulk scheduling is one of those features that can make a big difference when you’re managing a lot of content, and it’s great to know it’s helping you get through that work more efficiently. Thanks for highlighting the flexibility around CSV uploads as well. Really appreciate you sharing your experience with SocialPilot!

Hello, We’re sorry to hear that your experience left you concerned about our pricing, account access, and how your social accounts were handled. We take those concerns seriously, especially when it comes to transparency and the security of connected accounts. A lot has changed at SocialPilot since then, including our platform, pricing structure, and the way we support our customers. If you’d be open to it, we’d appreciate the chance to understand what happened in your case. You can reach us at [email protected] with your account details, and we’ll be happy to look into it.
