Honestly, I was hopeful, but my experience was really bad, they never answer my emails on time nor answer my questions. I have to ask a question at least four times to get a response. I cancel my services and my account is out of control, I asked for a refund and they are not able to confirm if they actually process the response. The worst part of all is that they requested on my behalf thousands (literally) of requests to follow and now my account is following 2K people, way above my followers. It is a nightmare for me.

Dear Pilar, We apologize if you did not have a great experience, a update and some more information on your order --> You purchased a product you miss-understood (4 Blog Posts) which we refunded. --> We have live 24/7 Chat support for instant responses and in addition responded to your emails via our support desk within hours of you submitting. We also have phone support. --> Using the "OPTIONAL" follow, which produces great results we follow a few hundred before unfollowing based on the person's engagement. If there was an issue it should be raised immediately with our support desk, who respond within minutes.

One month in and I want to say a big thank you to the team for the growth being produced on my page every day. It’s been such a relief to have someone else managing the page with me so I can spend more time creating the posts on my animal cause page. Going forward, I would definitely like to try this process on my second Instagram account. So far so good, very impressed with the results and the client/customer service is outstanding. Five stars from me!
