Social Growth Engine manages about 45 of our client accounts for Instagram Growth and Engagement. We have worked with them for almost 18 months after trying so so many before. Even with the recent Instagram changes, the app updates and follow issues, we have stuck by them, they have been always available on 24/7 chat for support and information. They went above and beyond to develop new strategies for growth, implemented them and our accounts are back to growing like before. Sure it was frustrating at times with all these changes but as an agency we know FB, IG etc update all the time, and we still have to give performance answers to our customers, so its great to have the support when needed to give clear answers

I shopped around and tried a couple of the competitors and there is usually some iffy boost at the start which tails off. Many of the followers are also slightly suspect. But not with Social Growth Engine! We have currently been with them for 2/3 weeks and have seen a consistent increase in relevant followers resulting in more engagement and conversions. The followers seem legit and the numbers keep getting higher! Highly recommended.

Ryan just helped me fix my account after another service caused so many problems. The other service had my account location changed to south east Asia and Ryan helped me get it back to the USA and start growing again! Finally !!

Seeing first time sales from Instagram finally. Despite reading a few negative reviews, I took the plunge anyhow, after all it was only $40... AND glad I did. I don't think our business has ever had many if any sales directly attributed to organic growth, yes with paid ads but never without ads. Well that all changed and we can see via analytics that our Instagram traffic sales are way up and heading north. Well done guys.

Handled well with Instagram changes. As a customer I did my own research when there was a issue with Social Growth Engine, I learnt Instagram had implemented many changes but the main one was the public API which many Growth companies used was shut off overnight. My account is back up and running, and I was credited for the 4 week's it took for them to update and restart growth. Give them a chance, ask for a credit and for assistance instead of rubbishing a team that has been 100% online every time I have reached out. This is social media, the end platform is out of everyones control but Instagram, Facebook etc. Without their help I would still be at a few thousand instead of 30.6k where I am now. Thanks again Social Growth team for your help, time and persistence. (Many of my other apps are now closed, happy these guys are still there)

Two stars only because they were great first two months - third month their service started to decline - I had to contact them and ask why I was told my account is "on hold" just because they are busy and they start full service asap.It did work for a week but then nothing...I waited and nothing so again I had to contact them.Tgey said IG changed algorithms etc and that the service is not possible but they do their best to sort it out...it went like that nearly two months - Then my like exchange stopped too and I was paying full service all the time.They didn't even bother to contact me and update me so I cancelled and asked for credit back for two months which I am still waiting so I will probably have to go to bank ask to reverse the payment they took. Disgraceful and disrespectful towards their customers.
