With a status order marked as fulfilled while actually, I was not even asked to setup my account. Paying for nothing. Follow up: Despite some email exchange, I can only witness that nothing has been done. Just a waste of time and money. Update: Still nothing. Only replying to emails but I still have paid for nothing. Keep reading this review to know what will happen in the end. Until then, don't purchase their service unless you want to experience what I am going through. You will read other similar comments. The question is "Are the positive comments posted by employees or existing clients?". Think about that. At this stage, I clearly don't know what is happening. The Likes Exchange works, but don't expect anything more. Whilst they always responded to my emails, The Instagram Growth Engine achieved nothing after countless attempts. When I cancelled, I received a notification saying that they would begin to unfollow all the accounts that they had started to follow on my behalf...that is when I realised the service was a dud as they hadn't followed any one on my behalf, and I can literally account for all new followers I have gained based on my own action. All bark, no bite

Amazing work guys! The only tool that actually works and it's not super expensive! So affordable for the amount of work these guys put in your account. By far the best thing is the live chat, I never had a question not answered. Could not recomend them more! If you are serious about Instagram just get these guys on it!

I had the service for months and no one emailed me to tell me they couldn’t log in and actually do what they are getting paid to do. But they still took out money every month and basically was stealing from me taking the monthly service money every month but not doing any service and I HAD TO FIGURE IT OUT MONTHS LATER. They still won’t respond about my refund and answer every other email fine. They stole months of money without any service and I fee like this company is a huge scam. I don’t recommend ANYONE to use this company and I’m actually telling everyone I know not to use it. Stay away from this company they are scam artist who don’t do anything they say and just take Ppl money

This company is a fraud. They continue to charge your credit card even after cancellation. They say that they are working on your social growth and nothing is happening as it is easily verifiable on Instagram. All the one star comments below are absolutely correct and true. My guess is that they have their friends give the false raving reviews. Stay away and save your money.

Very sketchy company from the beginning. We purchased their Instagram Growth Engine product. Their ads and website claim your page/business will have a dedicated Account Manager that works on your page daily. Direct quote from their site: Growth Experts: Each day account managers perform many tasks in order to organically grow your audience. All you have to do is continue to provide great content. We will do the rest. Upon signing on for their 'service' we received an emails stating they had 24/7 service. This is not true. None of this is remotely true. They did absolutely nothing for our page. We had to reach out to them multiple times due to zero activity on our page since we purchased their service on September 30th. Each time we contacted them via email, we got an email from "Will" stating he was locked out of our page for 24 hours and you will now see activity moving forward. It NEVER happened. Furthermore, why do we have to reach out? Why doesn't our 'account manager' know nothing is happening? Could it be because they aren't doing anything?? After each email, Instagram warned us (each time!) that someone was trying to log into our account from Los Angeles on a Samsung device and other times from Australia! It was clear they were doing nothing and suddenly logged into our account after we had to contact them. NOTE: there are three cartoon guy faces on their support chat that never answer... but the site says they have offices in the U.S., U.K. and Australia. Our solid guess: this company is three young guys who think they are social media experts trying to create a business living in different countries. But they deliver NOTHING. These types of businesses are being encouraged on Youtube and all over social media and it looks like we ran into one with Social Growth Engine. Please save yourself the grief, do not fall for their catchy Instagram ads. They did NOTHING for us and then disappeared. They were dishonest with us from the day we signed up. And, as is the case with many dishonest or lost people, they hid from us; disappeared. We are in contact with our bank now. AVOID this company, there is evidence it is a scam for many people.
