I bought the 'Get Monetized' package, and after two months had nothing to show for it. The very limited watch hours they helped me with were eventually removed by YouTube a couple of days later. Their support team repeatedly reassured me that they would correct the issue and monitor my account's progress closely, but that clearly wasn't the case. They refused a refund so this ended up being a total waste of money.

Dear Brad, Things change with social media platforms. In February there was a major update to watch time (public vs private) our existing service did not continue to work so we set about fixing it. The subscribers as part of the package were delivered and the watch hours using the new process have been accruing on your channel. Please check again your analytics and you will see that these are adding up and in about 15 days the 4000 hrs will be delivered.
