Over the New Year, our support team was working reduced hours, but the longest delay we had in replies was around 2 hours. We’ve checked our system and couldn’t find any messages or account under your name, so it’s likely this was meant for a different company. Stay away from this company
Stay away from this company. This is a scam. During the first month, they repeatedly claimed they were unable to log in and therefore could not provide the service. I gave them my correct login details. Despite this, I was still charged for a service I never received, which contradicts basic consumer rights. I requested cancellation of my subscription, and they confirmed it had been canceled. However, I was later charged again without authorization. This is unacceptable and highly misleading business conduct. I am now seeking legal advice regarding this matter. Beware of this company.

Asked for my social media passwords
Wondering if this is normal for safety reasons but I had Amy ask for my facebook and instagram password but when I searched on chatgpt, it said to never give out my password online so I was a little conflicted on what to do.

Thank you Amy and Social Boost
In my experience, Social Boost delivered what they promised. They boost your follower count targeting your specific potential audience, people who are genuinely interested in what you post, and it worked really well for me. My aim was not to merely gain followers, my aim was to expand my small business, hoping that some of the gained followers would turn into clients, which unfortunately didn't come to pass, but that in no way reflects negatively on them. More followers don't guarantee more clients. Amy was my manager. She was always at hand, prompt in replying, always trying to help, friendly and kind, offering ideas and suggestions regarding strategies, and receptive to what I was trying to do as well. Basically she couldn't have done more to try to help me. Thank you very much, Amy. :)

HORRIBLE they send me multiple emails AFTER I paid the website $30 about needing a picture of my ID or DEBIT CARD in order to let the purchase be successful. SCAMMMM

Social Boost did a fantastic job!
Social Boost did a fantastic job and exactly what I wanted them to do - they increased my Instagram follower count in an organic and systematic fashion in good time. They are a great company to work with - effective at what they do but also very friendly, helpful and responsive. I would definitely recommend them to others.
