Hi Frankie, we’re really sorry to hear you’ve had this experience. We haven’t been able to find a client under your name, so there may have been a mix-up with another company. Please reach out to us through our website and we’ll be happy to help you figure this out. If the payment was made to another company, we’d also suggest reaching out to them directly or contacting your bank for support. Holly

Hi Chris, thank you for sharing this, and we're sorry the experience left you feeling misled. That's the last thing we want. We understand the confusion. When searching online for a particular service, different providers can appear in search results or ads. To be clear, Social Boost and Ascend Viral are completely separate companies. Our team works across different locations and time zones so we can support clients worldwide. We're sorry the call times offered didn't suit your schedule. We should have done better there. Your cancellation and full refund have been processed, and you're covered by our money-back guarantee even after the service has started. If anything doesn't come through as expected, please reach out through our website and we'll sort it out right away. Holly

Hi Luca, We're really sorry to hear about your experience. We've checked our records and couldn't find any account or customer under your name. From what you've described about buying something and not receiving it, it sounds like you may have dealt with a different company. We'd recommend contacting the company you purchased from directly and, if you believe you've been scammed, reaching out to your bank to discuss your payment. If you are unable to locate the company this was intended for, please contact our team via our website, and we'll try to help. Holly

We’re sorry you had this experience, but it sounds like this may be for another company. We don’t sell follower orders, and we can’t find any client account under your name. Please reach out to our team through our website, and we’ll do our best to help you find the correct company you’re referring to. Holly
