The manager was polite and responsive
The manager was polite and responsive. They did a decent job. But it turned into they were commenting on posts I didn’t want them to comment on. I got over 200 followers, but half of them were bots. So 100 followers in 6 weeks. Nothing spectacular. Too many bots, not real people. Like always at first you’ll get followers then things calm down. I’d call and complain and more follower would miraculously appear. Didn’t help anything with my business. All these companies are alike. Waste of money in my mind.

However, we can assure you that no bot could have come from us. We help you get noticed and increase your reach with real people. If they resonate with your content, they start following you. It’s also common when you post a reel that random profiles might start following you out of the blue, so some followers could have come from a different source, like that or external posts. I just had a chat with your campaign manager, and it seems you chose a strategy that focuses more on engagement rather than follower growth.
