Social BoostReviews of socialboost.co

I used their service for one of my projects and was nicely surprised by their targeting expertise. I’ve done it myself and but wanted some fresh mind. I discovered things I did not think about before and it opened up my marketing skills 😀 I am glad I went with Premium plan, with my requirements and expectations, this turned most suitable. My advice would be set the right goals and tier plan, understand what targeting really means and get the most out of their knowledge.

I you're thinking or trying to grow up your Instagram for business, please choose Social Boost, they do the job properly with real followers, beside this, they offer a real good customer service <3

Absolutely awful! If I could give a zero star rating I would have done. Use the Follow/Unfollow approach and when I mentioned I was not comfortable with that, I was told they would use the like and comment approach - quickly noticed that all the accounts being followed/liked/commented on were not appropriate for my business at all or were for other competitors! When I brought this up, I was told that they would upgrade me to their "Expert Targeting Review" and that I would have 90% guarantee of generating new followers. I was never sent a review to fill out and I was never provided analysis that was promised. Hugely disappointing and a complete waste of money!

Daniel and his team were very helpful in my account management. I used the chat feature to get in touch with them, and I was able to get ahold of them pretty quickly. Not only were they helpful, but they were easy to speak to and friendly, too!

Absolutely love Social Boost! Very professional, timely, honest, and trustworthy. Their performance and service is outstanding.

I paid, and I took the time out to answer their questionnaire. I specified many times we wanted local followers (it asked!) since we are a business. We wanted to use this as a goal to gain local followers and network ourselves better. Local was the entire NJ, Philly and NY area… nothing too small to work with. A day later I saw many people they requested on my behalf and that followed back, were from Europe.. none local. I reached out to customer support about my concerns. Nothing changed days later and then I saw almost no results for a few more days… still nothing local. I reached out again and I said I wanted a refund. They then complained that it costs them a lot to do this by hand in office and they could only give me half back and said “I hope you can also see from our point of view” I said “Sorry I can’t. As an unsatisfied paying customer I understand you want to back your work but it’s not like I asked for a refund after a month of your work.. and it’s also not the work I asked for BASED off your questioner.” They should feel confident enough in their jobs to refund someone who is not happy with results for good reasons. All they did was follow people from all over the world with high following counts in hope they followed back- didn’t even care about the a target audience or location they asked for! I would not recommend them. Half my money back!? ... still going to write my bad review.

This service is excellent. It produces visible results and is hands free. The customer service team is a pleasure to work with and always available and nice.

Really fast grow🤍
